For those who don’t need 24-hour health monitoring, our neighboring assisted living community of Timber Oaks provides assistance with the activities of daily living, such as dressing, bathing, and medication management. You’ll enjoy a hassle-free lifestyle offering maintenance, housekeeping, laundry and dining services in a gracious environment designed to enhance a person’s well-being. With an array of activities and services, Timber Oaks is the perfect place to call home.

We understand that your primary goal with rehabilitation therapy is to recover as quickly as possible.
Skilled Nursing & Long-Term Care
For people who need regular health monitoring, we offer skilled nursing services 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Timber Oaks offers seniors the ability to maintain their independence in a comfortable, homelike environment.

Today we celebrated our team with a cookout and our annual awards ceremony for staff years of service. We are so proud of our team and incredibly grateful for their efforts over the years. Our staff put their heart and soul into providing great care to our residents, and we’re glad to reflect on their success and their commitment to the healthcare field.
